Privacy Notice
Effective 2026-08-23. Draft - pending legal review.
Data controller
SuperFutures is operated by the DARI Foundation, Geneva, Switzerland. Contact for all privacy questions: info@dari.earth.
A dedicated Data Protection Officer has not been appointed at this scale of processing. If that changes, this notice will be updated.
What we collect and why
The only personal data SuperFutures currently collects is:
- Name and email (Future-Belief Quiz)
To calculate and deliver your quiz result, to include your response in event-level statistics, and - if you separately opt in - to send you SuperFutures updates.
Legal basis. Consent (freely-given, specific, informed, unambiguous). You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Quiz answers
To compute your closest scenarios via the deterministic scoring engine and to compile anonymised aggregate distributions per event.
Legal basis. Consent - bundled with the name / email consent above.
- Marketing opt-in state (Future-Belief Quiz)
Recorded separately from the quiz consent. Toggled by the checkbox on the quiz landing page.
Legal basis. Consent (separately captured, unticked by default).
- Session cookies
A short-lived httpOnly cookie (sf_fb_session, 3-day TTL) that holds the anonymous session id while you take the quiz. No tracking cookies. No analytics cookies.
Legal basis. Strictly necessary - quiz cannot function without it.
We do not use third-party analytics that set cookies (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, etc.).
Legal basis
Where relevant, the applicable legal basis under GDPR / equivalent regimes is consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for the quiz-related processing above, and legitimate interest for operational purposes such as security logging.
